ERDINGER – Weissbier

A traditional Bavarian top-fermented wheat ale, Erdinger Weissbier is a hefeweizen made with the finest quality wheat, malt and hops. The strength of this classic wheat beer lies in the harmonious balance between various aromas. Gentle spices and yeast aromas blend with mildly bitter hops. The invigorating carbon dioxide ensures its typical liveliness. A premium beer whose full-bodied, yet elegant character, leaves a lasting impression of ultimate Bavarian enjoyment. A truly unique wheat beer! ABV 5.3%

Cloudy, fresh and radiant straw color with a bright white head that holds well. The aroma is fresh and aromatic with fine floral notes. The body is medium-light, which combines with an appropriate level of natural carbonation to give a zesty and creamy mouthfeel. The taste is mildly sweet up front, with the middle of the palate offering notes of citrus – finally finishing with a swirl of elegant hop flavor and bitterness, leaving a clean and refreshing taste.

ERDINGER – Oktoberfest Weissbier

This unique top-fermented wheat ale is made with darker specialty malts (Munich, Vienna, etc.) that both complement its wheat base and enhance the overall depth of malt flavor. Full and satisfying, yet exquisitely refreshing, this beer defies easy categorization but has an incredible depth of flavor.
