Refund Policy
The Nashville Oktoberfest is a rain-or-shine event that raises considerable donations for numerous Germantown nonprofits through ticket sales. All ticket sales and registration fees are final and are generally non-refundable, including in the event of inclement weather. Refunds are issued only where required by law or where expressly approved by the organizers.
Tickets may be transferred to another person using the official ticket-transfer tool on this website. When a ticket is transferred, the original ticket’s QR code is invalidated and a new code is issued to the recipient. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at support@thenashvilleoktoberfest.com.
